Hi guys. I applied for my Study Permit on 8th Jan 2022. It was reapplied case so medical and biometric were all done. I received BVL on 19th March and review also started but I have not got PPR yet. A lot of students receive BVL and PPR the same day. The last time my visa was refused, I recieved the BVL and refusal letter the same day too. I don't know what it means this time since there is a BVL and no sign of PPR yet. Can you share your experiences, if you were in the same situation?
