Received AOR but unable to check status on ECAS - 2021 PR Renewal Application

Please delete if this is not allowed.
Just noticing quiet a few people are receiving AOR, but not able to check status on ECAS.
It can take 3-4 days for your application to show up, but in my case it has been almost over 2 weeks and i am still not able to check my status on ECAS.
If you are in the same situation, please follow this thread and share your experience to help others.

PR Renewal app received by IRCC : June 29th
AOR received: Oct 5th
Unable to check status on ECAS

PR Renewal app received by IRCC : June 29th
AOR received: Oct 5th
Unable to check status on ECAS
PR card delivered : Oct 25th. (I am still not able to check anything on ECAS)

ECAS updated on 22 Oct 2021. No update for three weeks.

It says "Decision Made" and when I clicked on it, it says:

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 17, 2021.

It doesn't show that I received my AOR (Oct 6th). It also has my old address from 4 years ago, not the address I put on my application when I applied for the renewal...
