i received my aip on 13 aug but i received it on email address....is it genuine or fake??

If you have received it from their official email id then it is genuine.

Yeah. Under misrepresentation. But OP thinks that getting a WES report of the educational documents will over turn the decision and get a visa. He's under 5 years ban.. and can't overturn it without judicial case. He got AIP under eligibility but is not admissible under misrepresentation ban.
