I had applied for study permit on 13th march with medical and biometrics complete. I received the aip on 14th august. Is it just me or are there others with the same profile? I am worried because although i have submitted the full application, I should’ve received the normal visa. IRCC mentioned that the two stage process is for students who couldn’t complete application.

I know someone from Malaysia. Applied via SDS with family - husband (owp) and kid (trv), last February. Complete application (with medical and biometrics). Got FULL APPROVAL last June.
