What are the reasons for ridiculous processing times???

As far as i know tey are as follows:

* These are approximate processing times only. Some applications take longer to process for various reasons. For example, the following factors could delay the processing of your application:

applications which do not include a legible 2D barcode;
incomplete applications;
medical exam required;
background or security checks required;
criminal record;
interview required;
verification of documents needed; or
other factors that complicate your case.

These are text book reasons but they don't explain the reason why colleges' applicants are not receiving their medicals/visa.

let say we agree with this...but have u seen the spread sheet?
u mean all college studnts got no sense

1 all of them sbmittd incmplete applcations.
2 all of them have criminal records

and medical is not a reason . medical report is the thing which we sbmit when chc dmands it
