Reason why your file was spousal application returned, please contribute

Hi there

I dont think there was a thread with real experiences as to why someones file was returned hence starting it here

please share your reason and action taken and follow up

I will go first

Spousal inland paper application submitted in May 2021
returned in Nov 2021
reason: missing signature on Schedual A form IM5669

I did send 2 webforms one before my temporary AOR and once after the temporary AOR was received
yet my file was still returned

Now I have resubmitted in paper spousal inland Dec 2021
