I want to tell you my sister Study Permit has been approved for May 2019 Intake and she will go there in april last So i want to know does it make a sense if I apply for TRV like i want to go with her and do help to make arrangement for her Accommodation or transportation to near the collage etc .
And My Schengen visa also have been approved they forgive my overstay
Now i have valid UK & Schengen visa .
20k CAD in account
Employment contract valid for one year
Is there any chance of approval ??

My neighbor frnd is living there he is on work permit & under PR process. And some more friends who living there but cant prove relation with them bcz we meet 5 yrs ago with each ,can show social media messages.
Yes im going to amsterdam on 15 feb to 22 feb leave by Paris.
All money earned by me even in bank statement clearly mentioned tht is my salary transferd from my company XXXX
Maybe they will increase my by 10k to 12k QAR per mnth.
One thing more dear many people suggest me try to get US visa first but on this forum i saw many TRV rejection after holding a US visa or traveled on it . So what do you suggest?

Two different countries. Two different visa assessment processes. No guarantees that the visa of one country can help to secure the visa of the other country.
1. What other ties can you demonstrate to Qatar and India?
2. When do you intend to visit Canada.... or when do you intend to reapply for a TRV? You may want to reapply after your sister has started her study program + she can invite you (just a thought)

I think US refusal didn’t declare in my previous application was the main reason of my refusal notes also was quite clear he didn’t mention about travel history of family ties etc and don’t know why he put a low salary for the region .bcz some people got their visas with 7k or 8k per mnth.
You've taken the 'Travel History' refusal reason too seriously
If you can then wait. Don't reapply so soon.
You're still not able to demonstrate strong ties to Qatar/India + visiting the neighbour-friend (or your friendly neighbour who's happy to give you an invitation letter) is not a convincing reason to visit + salary raise (it's a question mark) + no dependent family members + 'creating' travel history shortly before you reapply
You were refused because the consular officer did not believe you have strong ties to return to either Qatar/India. It's the same reason why you were refused a Canada TRV as well. You narrowly missed getting a 5 years' misrepresentation ban for Canada.
But, the fact remains that two countries refused you for identical reasons
But everyone applied with the same documentation here and everyone got their visas. Vo can see that im living with my family or i need to tell him/her ?
