Hi guys , what are the chances for approval if I reapply my parents visa after first rejection? Is there any approximate percentage if they consider the application second time or most people get rejection ? Is there anyone who got visitor visa approved in the second time ?
Reason for rejection :
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
I don't know y ircc rejecting people with the statement that they dont believe one will leave Canada after their visit/stay...super visa was created after they have limited sponsorship applications for parents...stating parents of Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residence can apply for this special visa and stay for 2-5 years with a updated medical insurance each year.....I believe it all depends on the office that get ones file....if a person have criminal record that ok rejecting them but not for some foolishness...bout family tides or I don't believe u will leave Canada after ur visit/stay...almost everyone who isn't born in Canada have family tides back in their birth country
