Reapplying for a visitor's visa

Hello,

I have a question, i was refused my visa application twice. When i applied i was self employed. The reason for my refusal :

travel history
purpose of travel
employment situation

I want to apply again and this time, i am no longer employed. I also will be starting up a course in sept 2015 here in the UK, which means i wont be doing anything until sept. what is the best way to apply so i don't get refused again?

Your application looks weaker. I wouldn't apply.
