Reapplication for Live-in Caregiver in Canada

Good day everyone!

I am an applicant for live-in caregiver. I am already done with the documentation until speak test. Unfortunately, my application was refused by the Embassy. According to them, I have not meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations, particularly, unable to demonstrate sufficient knowledge and skills.

I wanted to reapply but I do not know how. Pls help me.
