really urgent , TRV for DaD

I really need ur help .I came here in oct 2012. My husband sponsor me here .i m PR in Canada as i m going through divorce , i have been through domestic violence now my husband applied divorce i have court case ..since last year i have been in depression . I have court date on sept 16 .i want to sponsor my dad on visitor visa as i can get emotional support during this hard time. Problem is i don't have any saving in my account last year i worked part time i have my T4 but this time i have full time job .. I have my job letter , t4, i got d medical insurance for my dad for two months , i already booked return ticket , i got d letter from my doctor which states that i m in depression having family with me in Canada will help in medical condition, i got d letter from victim service of peel as police got involved in domestic violence case thats why victim service has my all record . I got d letter from MP. I have my pay slips from last 2-3 months
My dad has $ 30000 bank balance, and $14000 movable property like cars etc ,my dad has land over there , house .. Some of property my grandfather who lives with us .. My dad is living with my grandfather , mother and my bother . My brother is studying . My mom is house wife so my family dependent on my dad.
Do u think this all good to get visa ???because i really need somebody here

It is really sad to go through all of this specially when you have no one here in Canada all around. You can sponsor your Dad when you are stable as you yourself was sponsored by your spouse who is now standing against you. So, first of all you need to have stability for yourself that you can support yourself and the one you want to sponsor. No matter how much your father has in his bank or his property value is, you should be in position to support him and you need to have good job. How much do you earn, your rent, your monthly bills, other expenses and then how much do you have in your bank. May be you can ask your Dad to transfer some funds to your bank but again you need to have job without which even bank balance is of no use. Do you have any relatives or friends here in Ontario or Canada ?

I m doing full time job now.i do 50 hours/per week.i dont have saving in my bank..I send my job letter, T4
