REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE ( should I send without signature)?

Hi guys,
My two sons ( age 21, 25) are not coming to canada and they are not cooperating with signing documents ( Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] and Schedule A - Background IMM 5669 E).
should I send those docs without their signature or I shouldn't send those docs at all?

Send without their signatures and include a note with your application explaining that they're not interested in immigrating to Canada or signing any documents. You should be fine.

Since you can't sponsor the 25 year old as a deoendent, shouldn't need for him at all. Please double check though.

How many kids do you actually have as in below link 2 x24 and now in this link 1 x21 and 1 x25 . You have 4 sons in total ?

Only the 21 year old is a dependant until they are 22.
