Hi, I have received my ready for Visa email on Dec 24, 2019. I will be submitting my passport at VFS for processing of COPR.

Once I receive my copr can i just land in Canada to initiate my PR card and provide a friend s address for the card to be posted and travel back to India.

Are we eligible to get PRTD from India once we land there and return back?
