Hello everyone.. Please enlighten me with this, I am a student permit applicant from the Philippines. I already submitted my documents together with up front medical form on September 29, 2016 at VFS Manila. But the following day, I received an email from the Canada Immigration in Manila wherein attached thereat is a medical request from IMM1017E. What step should I undertake next? Did the immigration mislook at my up front medical form? #confuse :-[
