Hello,
I have a quick question regarding applying for a TRV visitor visa for my parents in India. I am a PR in Canada.Can we apply for a visitor visa now if my parents plan to visit Canada say next summer (summer 2024)?.In the itenerary, do we specify that they plan to visit some time next year and we do not have specific dates for travel at this time, or should they apply for travel?. Thanks.

They can apply anytime. Specify dates of visit for some time next year.

When did you move to Canada? Of somewhat recently I would suggest applying for the TRV during the winter if they want to visit in summer 2024.
