Hi,
I am planning to apply for Canadian Study Permit. So for the student visa, my maternal uncle (Mother's Brother) will be sponsoring me (as applicant) & my husband (as my spouse) for the 2 years Post-Baccalaureate program. FYI, I'm 27 & married. Completed my Grad & Post Grad from my Home Country in Bangladesh.
Now my question is, my uncle has 2 daughters who are adults now(age 20 & 21), and he has bought 2 flats on their names but enjoying the income from the flats since they are still studying and dependent on their father for all their expenses.
In this circumstances, can my uncle show those flats as his properties since he is still earning from them? Or he will have to provide any specific explanation for that? or it is not worth showing at all?
Also, his both daughters are studying in UK sponsored by him, so will that be an issue if he wants to sponsor me & my husband now?
Please assist me with the needful at your soonest convenience.
Thanks!
