but problem is recently i come back from london(in aug 2009).i put my file from london in july 2007.rightnow i am in india. and also i give my chc requirement recently.I provide all document. my question is r they call me for interview or send me medical letter.

Brother your question is unclear [at least to me].
I guess u r suggesting that your CHC is London & u have, or plan, to go back to your country. And how about the interview or Meds.

If that's the query, plz be informed that the need for interview or request for meds, vis-a-vis your home return is immaterial.

The interview, if called for, must be attended at London [or the affiliated CHC location] until u don't change your visa office. Meds can be done with any DMP in any city/country.

I just replied u... Interview & Medicals cannot be linked to your movement. It's about the application process & the requirement of your VO.

maybe you can request them to transfer your file from CHC London to CHC New Delhi. i am not sure if such a request is always entertained, but there's no harm making such a request at least.
