You might be able to help me with a few queries I have. My girfriend and I would like to move to Canada (preferably Vancouver) for a couple of years. We are both Irish citizens living in Dublin. I am a qualified chartered accountant with around 7 years work experience and I am also a qualified financial advisor. My girlfriend is a qualified pharmacist with around 2 years work experience. We are both mid-20's and really would like to move to Canada. What do you think our chances would be of securing; (a) a visa to work (b) jobs in our chosen fields of accountancy and pharmacy?
Also I worked in Canada for 6 months back in 2006 but I left due to family problems. Would this hold me back getting a visa again?
