Hello,
I had applied for canada student visa and enrolled in fanshawe college for Cybersecurity.
I had applied for visa on 2020 and got 2 refusals with reason saying that "I will not leave canada after studies"
So I reapplied for 3rd time on July 2021,
Timeline:
27th July reapplied
3rd August medical updated
22nd September BVL
23rd September medical request ( IMM1017E)
I did my medical on 25th November 2020
So, my question is why IRCC requested medical this early because it's going to expired on 25th November 2021 and why after BVL?
