How many exam do i have to take to be cleared? I finished all the medical exam and yet they emailed me for another medical exam. Please help...

What do you mean?

The way the medical exam works is that you do a chest Xray and some other tests then the doctor sends a copy to you and one to the immigration medical center which is valid for a year. You must not re take the test even after a year unless they officially ask you to re take it. Why are you taking multiple tests?

After took my first xray, they said i had undergone sputum test, i was clear for tb virus. In the first place i had no history of any lung problem. So i waited for 3months then x ray again. The result was the same feom the first one. They rated it negative from tb virus. That was last january, and now they require me for another test, i dont know what it is. I hope its not with the lungs again.

Who said you were clear from TB? The doctor you went to or the CIC? CIC is the only one that can make a final decision, not the immigration doctor. If they want more tests, it is possible that there was a change in the second Xray you took. Even if you are TB negative, there is still a chance that your Xray shows something.
You have to do as many tests as they require, unfortunately.

TB is not a virus, it's a mycobacteria.

They took 3sample of sputum from me and cultivated for 2 months to see if tb develops. After 2 months no tb developed so i was scheduled for another xray after a month that was last january. And then, feb10, CIC emailed me to do some test again, unfortunately just today someone called me from the accredited hostpital that i have to re xray again after April 4 to compare my last two xrays. So sad, I just say ok. Im just thankful they didn't deny my application yet. Positive still.

Thank you for that info Zardos.
You're welcome.
(Many years ago I used to work in a TB testing lab looking at sputum slides and doing cultures.)

You mean even those samples were not the basis or will confirmed that I am negative with TB?

Canada is very paranoid, with good reason, about TB. You will need to keep doing whatever tests are required until they are sure that you are not a danger to public health. The big scare at the moment is the spread of "Totally drug-resistant tuberculosis" and "Extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extensively_drug-resistant_tuberculosis).

I suspect that at the moment, they just want to ensure that there are no further changes, hence the later X-Ray in April.

What if the result is the same? Will they require me to take medications? I just talked someone from the accredited clinic and i request a copy of my Xray. I wanted a second opinion with my pulmonologist. Is it a good idea?

If you need extra advice, then talking to a professional is always a good idea.
If nothing else, then can explain the process better.
