My medical expired in March 2021, I had applied for visa in March 2020 for Fall 2020 intake. I got my re-medical done in last week of April after NOT getting the request for more than a month upon suggestion from IRCC on call. After my re-medcial I got a request from IRCC 5-6 days later with the IME number. I talked to my panel physician and they said they will merge the medical I got done with the new IME number.
So now my GCKEY shows "we are reviewing the document you provided (my medical through webform earlier)" under the document provided section and "We have sent you a request for medical" under the medical exam section.
Can anyone suggest if I should wait or what should be my next step. I am so frustrated as I have been waiting for 14 months now. :/
HI EVERYONE, I WANT SOME INFORMATION REGARDING MY STUDY VISA. ON 3RD SEPTEMBER 2020 I GOT AIP BUT IN FEBRUARY I GOT REFUSAL AND RE-APPLIED IN FEBRUARY 21, YESTERDAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM IRCC A REQUEST LETTER ASKING ME TO UPLOAD UPDATED LOA WHILE RE-APPLYING I APPLIED WITH UPDATED LOA. MEDICAL UPDATED AND REVIEW ALREADY STARTED. WHAT I WANTED TO KNOW CAN THIS BE A POSITIVE SIGN?
As of now on May 11th I was asked to upload the GIC certificate, which I did while re-applying, still asked to upload it. Moreover my medical was already updated and passed on March 30th, 2021, and got a re-medical request on 12th May 2021. I am wondering why IRCC asked me for re-medical where I already passed it, medicals were getting expired on 24th May 2021.

I am on the same bot. I called IRCC after submitting my upfront emedical report. They are saying just wait. It's so frustrating!

Did your IRCC update look like this? Mine says "To book a medical examination, contact a panel physician directly " and it doesn't say anything about waiting for IME. Also it's been about 25 days and I haven't received any IME letter yet. The upfront medical services in my country are temporarily suspended.

In your case this looks like a request but it is not a medical request form. An IMM 1017e is the medical request form with IME number and instructions.
Calling IRCC will be the best option in my opinion. Also when did you apply? You are still waiting for the PPR too I suppose?

Hi ,I got new medical request from ircc after the expiry of old. I have done my medical also.but where to upload the document? My gcc account not showing any link to upload. Please guide
