If he was officially married to you and you are not divorced then their marriage is null and void. And if found out he will be in trouble...do you think he did it for immigration purposes?

Marrying his Canadian partner without first divorcing you would be bigamy.... and that can have serious repercussions.
To divorce you by filing a divorce petition in Canada, he should have lived in that Canadian province for at least one year prior to filing for divorce + he needs to serve the divorce summons on you for the court matter to proceed. You have the choice to contest the case and/or seek alimony or child support (if applicable).
Are you sure he is not in a common-law relationship with his Canadian partner i.e. cohabiting in a marriage-like relationship but without being legally married?
It is possible that OP's husband was able to divorce her in Canada if he showed reasonable efforts to have her served with the divorce papers but was unable to locate her.

Maybe not easy but still quite possible, especially as we do not have all of the facts of the case. The words of an unhappy ex spouse can be quite unreliable.
Yes, he sent me a divorce being granted last August 2012 but I did not sign any documents at all.
1. I am here in the Philippines and won't be able to sign it.
2. He has a copy of our Marriage contract in the Philippines and my signature is there, that he could probably fake it.
I really dont know what to do :'( they just got married September 15 2018. The wife is also a filipina which could probably a citizen already in Canada

No they are not in a common law relationship. I was here in the Philippines when that girl provoke me to see her profile, and that is where i found out that they have a relationship. I was about to get my Visa way back then as my spouse sponsors me to get there. Then I received lots of documents with my passport which says "your sponsor withdraw your application and you are banned to go to Canada for 3 years" and that was way back 2011.
Then the other woman, told me that my husband is already divorced in Canada and I asked for a documents. My husband sent me a Divorce which is already final and i questioned him, how did it happen? as I never signed any documents at all, and i even don't have any chance to contest the case.

Nothing you can really do except move on with your life. You could attempt to challenge the divorce and claim he fraudulently signed your name but for that, you will need to hire a lawyer in Canada. It will cost many thousands and thousands of dollars and is not likely to change anything, as you have no proof of fraud.
