RE: Marriage in Canada - Fiancee in Canada and I'm separated in the Philippines

Hi, I am a filipino citizen presently working here in Qatar. My wife and I were separated since 2005. She worked abroad in Papua New Guinea and apply for an australia immigrant visa. She was granted that visa and declared our status as separated. Now she's an australian citizen together with our two sons. I have a fiancee who's a canadian citizen but she's a filipina who were divorced already before we met last 2011, we were high school mates. I started visiting her in canada last 2013, 2015 and this year 2016 for only a month as husband and wife. And she also visited me here in Qatar. Is it possible that we can get married there in canada.

You can't get married until you're legally divorced/annulled from previous spouse.
