Hello,

My work permit will expire in 2 months & I am still waiting for LMIA which was applied last 1st week of February 2015. Unfortunately, the restaurant where I am currently employed closes the business and it will be open again under new management, is there a possibility that the LMIA will still be issued to me? or can be transferred to the new management? or can my current employer request to transfer me to their other company?
