re IMM0008 intended occupation

I am applying to sponsor my parents to come to Canada. In the generic imm0008 form, there is a question asking for intended occupation. My parents are retired and do not intend to work. I wonder if I should write their previous occupation or something else? not surprisingly, retired is not an option in NOC list.

You can put retired. It doesn't really matter.
