Hello,
I got my IELTS-GT result today. I got 7/7/7/6.5 in R/W/L/S.
I really doubt in reading section marking. I expected 8 round.
Any opinion whether I should opt for re-evaluation of exam results?
I require 7 in each section.
Please guys could you share your opinion.
Regards
Hardik

Re-evaluation takes time, costs money, and I haven't seen many examples of scores actually being changed in favour of the applicant.
It's best if you just re-take the test again.
Thanks Johnny31 for you response.

Interesting. So if you request a re-evaluation, you score could get lower, right?

Can't say 100% - but, I've only seen scores stayed the same or go up by 0.5.
It takes 6-8 weeks to get the results back - if the scores stay the same, there will be no refund (whereas if the score do change, the fees will be refunded).
But like I said - most of the re-evaluations I've seen, the scores have stayed the same

Re-evalution will not work for reading, 99.999999999% no change...
You can't re-evaluate for reading, the re-evaluation could be for writing and speaking only.
