i am planning to land in toronto in april 2013
then after a week i will be taking greyhound to visit my family to new york and then take greyhound back to toronto
my question is can i re enter canada with PR card on my COPR?

The short answer is no.

You need either the physical PR card or a travel document to re-enter Canada by Greyhound Bus.

You can only re-enter Canada using your CORP if you are traveling in a private vehicle (e.g. your car).
