I have inland spousal sponsorship in process. My pgwp is expired, i am on restoration period, I had to go india for family emergency can i return as Visitor to see my wife with valid TRV stamp till 2029. Yes i am travelling for less than 3 weeks. And while at port of entry do i have to declare about my inland sponsorship. And do i also need return ticket with me .
