Hi, I am getting temporarily laid off for an indefinite period starting Sept 15th. I am planning to visit my home country from the Sept 15th to Oct 30th. Now, I have a closed work permit tied to my employer (valid till Aug 2016) and a TRV (valid till Aug 2016). I also have a letter saying that the lay off is temporary and I will be called back when the reason for lay off is resolved. Please tell me if I need anything else to successfully re-enter Canada. I am really worried as this is the first time I am travelling to my home country since the first time I came to Canada. Please share some experiences if possible. Thank you very much.
