hi, I have a open work permit till feb, 2015, which I got after my graduation, I am going back to my country(India) for vacation, do I need a re-entry visa? if yes how do I apply for it from my home country?

1. Assuming your original TRV (visitor visa) has expired, then you apply: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp to New Delhi.
