I am finishing my classes in the first week of April and intend to travel out of the country for 2-3 weeks.

Study permit expires end of June. Already have a 10 year TRV.

Is it possible to leave and re-enter Canada as a student and apply for PGWP from inside Canada? Or could the border agents refuse entry?
