I was international student in Canada January 2012 but instead of study i put refugee asylum. Before my file come to consideration for any decision i withdraw my case and return back to Pakistan.
My Question is, I still have my Visa till December 2013 and my study permit is also valid by the end of year 2013.
So may i travel again to Canada on the same documents ??
why did you aplly for asylum ...??? any particular reason?? if there is a solid reason behind this then you should go back to canada and continue your study ... if there is not a solid reason for asylum and u just submit the application only for a PR then you did a BIG mistake ...
In start I was confused by the people comments about there is nothing in studies, try to get your PR ASAP and blah blahh
& i did wrong thing but later i realize I have a mistake.
But According to my question, I have everything valid so may i travel on same documents??
What happens is up to the immigration officer you encounter when you try to enter Canada. They might let you in. Or they might refuse you entry and send you back home based on your withdrawn refugee claim. No one here can tell you for certain what might happen.
tell me your profile, which college u r studying and your program ... I can help you and tell u the way out of this situation but it will take sometime to get PR .
I have never understood students who apply for asylum under false pretense when they have so many options to obtain PR in a straight forward manner.
As scylla said, it will depend on the border officer at the port of entry. I imagine you need more than 1 year to complete your program? If so, you may have a hard time extending your permit in light of the withdrawn refugee claim.
Well I don't want to take such kind of risk to go & then deported
Isn't any service where i can check whether i can enter or not. I put a query in CIC but still no response.
And.
I was student of Concordia University in Montreal.

You have two options: (1) Forget about returning to Canada on your existing study permit; (2) Try returning to Canada with the understanding that you might be refused entry and sent home.
