Hi,
I am in a Canada on my study visa. I wanna go back to my home country on a vacation but on my study permit it is written as “THIS DOES NOT AUTHORIZE RE-ENTRY” whereas on my study visa it is written as multiple entry visa. I’m not sure about this if I can enter again on a same study permit. I want to visit my family in a vacation. Please let me know if I can go back to my home country or not ?? My study visa length is 2 years.

Every permit states that. It simply means that foreign nationals are never guaranteed entry. As you have a valid TRV and study permit, you will have no issues.
