Hello,

My mom's application was rejected in June 2012 and we reapplied 2 weeks after in which they received on June 28. It has been more than 35 working days but we haven't received any news. I emailed to request the status of application both to the Embassy in Vietnam & case specific inquiry but just received their standard email replies. I'm just wondering if there is any thing I can do & if anybody has been in my situation.

The reason they rejected in the first round is because of the financial proof & not enough reason that my mom will come back to VN. Please help!
