Hi All, new to the forum. In the process of preparing an application for my partner who is from Haiti, my question is, does he need to go to Haiti to get his criminal check or can he do that from the Haitian Consulat here in the Dominican Republic. I understand he needs his prints taken, does anyone know if this is possible?
