hi everyone! can anyone help me out on the centre stamp to be placed on the form...do i need to attach a stamp there? I'll be requesting them to send a copy of my result to an institution in Nova Scotia (i'm in Ontario now), is that the one they need so they can send it to Nova Scotia?
