i would like to apply for canada perminent residence

when do apply for medical certificate ,
it is along with submit the documents or later stage..

and i am applying my own, not using any consultaces so am fill the use of representative form or can i leave the columns.....

you dont have to send medical reports initially to CIO.you will be asked to send that later stage.
if u r not using any agent/representative then you no longer need to fill in that form(not even need to send that blank form)

well medical is for later stage, you dont need to send it now.
yes! you dont need to include the USE OF REPRESENTIVE form, if you are not having one.

Can someone help me. I am a little confused about the time line. The case processing time line in Buffalo office is 17 months. Does it start from the day i applied or it starts the day buffalo office receive the file and gives AOR.
My case even is not showing IN PROCESS while its gonna be 16 months in 15 February. What should i do now..this wait really sucks...
