re: birth certificate

I have a Query regarding mistake in birth certificate. My surname is MIRIYALA.

so in Birth certificate mentioned as : Dilip Kumar.M
and Fathers name as : Bhoopathi Rao.Miryala (I - is missing after r)
and Mothers name as : Padma rani. Miryala ( I - is missing after r)

But in application forms, i have written as MIRIYALA. so will there be any chance of rejection ? now it will take long time to get new certificate, so whats the solution guys ?
