Dear All,

My application was rejected under 0213 NOC. Can i send my updated application as per old rules by attaching CIO rejection letter along with my application or i have to send new application as per current rules.

In my opinion With proper evidence you can appeal against the decision. However you have to hire a lawyer.
If you have full evidences/ requirements then you should avail the chance to appeal.
In case of new application NOC 0213 is not applicable.
