I am single applicant who got 2 Canadian study permit refusals. I am planning to re apply by own. Here in my country ( Sri Lanka) students use to make Cover letter for re application
With refusal reason and justification for those refusal reasons. My question is..
Is it mandatory to make cover letter for re application or SOP is enough to process the application. Please someone guide me.
