I applied for RCMP PCC on 7th Feb 2020. No mail till now(17/02/2020)
I live in Toronto, ON.
applied at a local office.

how much time it takes.Is it always 7 days or can take 2weeks....

It varies for each case and is especially dependent on where you apply from. I got mine in one week.

But it can take up to a month depending on the location.

Yours should come within this week I reckon since today was a holiday and you applied last friday.
