Does an RCMP background check have to be a certified ba kground check? Or. an it be uncertified? Certified can take up to 120 days
 
as i stated in another post to you... it comes certified from the RCMP. it depends on how long it takes to run the check. my husband has no record in canada and no issues were discovered as expected so it took less than a week to receive.
 
I don't really get the question, personally. CPC M requested a RCMP check from us as well as prints and we went to a third party that does them and that was that, got it in a week...there was nothing about certified or uncertified
