i am reading in the posts from other members who are getting the 2nd AOR in 2011, gets the STATUS to "IN PROCESS" while members who got 2nd AOR in 2010 have RBVO status.
I got my 2nd AOR in September and even after 6 months, i haven't got my MR and my status is "RBVO" still. I understand it may change after 8 or 9 months to "IN PROCESS".
To some extent agreed to you. But it all depends on VO & applicant details. Applicant with Travel history usually take more times for processing.

but for some, the status changed to "IN PROCESS" when the 2nd AOR is issued..............
Anyhow the letter says to wait for minimum 8 months to check with them, so waiting.......
Patience is what is required here....

forget about this MR and PR for couple of days and lets celebrate HOLI.
Hopefully this would be the last year of playing with colours. From next year hard time will play with us.
