Hi everyone, Hope you are doing well. I had a question on Settlement Funds.
Say i am supposed to show 20000 CAD
1) There is a sudden jump during the last 6 months in my account balance (~ 10000 CAD)- Should i get a gift deed from my in-laws/parents to justify it.Or is it just fine.
2) Say, the rest 10000 CAD are in the form of Fixed deposits of which 3000 CAD has been recently deposited(lets say in Dec 2017). Should i get a Gift deed for this recent deposit(3000 CAD).

Did u get your hard copy ? I haven't received yet and a draw is expected today . It will be misrepresentation if I just put my candidate number instead of TRF number . Can I edit it after I get ITA ?

No you can’t edit after you receive ITA. Also you need the result issue date so wait for the hard copy. Don’t risk it over a silly thing that is my advice

You are not advised to edit anything after ITA but CIC is considerate enough on this matter - atleast in my case CIC was.
I took my IELTS in Feb 10 I guess and while creating the profile, I mentioned the date when the result was declared online which was after 3 weeks.
The hard copy I received after 2 weeks of online result declaration showed the date of result when the hard copy was created.
So technically, I mentioned my results date as 3-4 of March but in hard copy it was written as 10th of march.
I raised this concern with CIC by raising CSR but my application or profile was not affected due to this.
As long as the bands score, the applicant ID and date of exam is right, it is ok if there is some date mis match of results.
If you get ITA before hard copy has arrived, I don't think it will make much of an issue.
If you get hard copy before ITA, then make the changes in the profile accordingly.

first two numbers: stood for date of issuance two letters: first language - or test center initials, in my case were the same six numbers : candidate number three letters: for surname one letter for : name three numbers : for center number last letter- G for general training
but, this is just my assumption, i think not to risk that much...better wait for next draw.
