This is interesting and annoying both at the same time. The system will automatically send invites depends on the date you submitted your profile, something which is new for me.

I believe that, to go to 458 they should have sent ITAs to all people with 459 first.

Should we make another group for people who have received/will receive ITA from draw 77 so we can discuss documentations etc, post-ITA

It indeed is very weird. I find it counterintuitive as well. The only explanation I could think of is that the tie-breaking rule that's posted (October 23, 2017 at 15:58:27 UTC) will determine who are considered in this draw and who are not

IMO, tie-breaking rule is all about lowest CRS score. If they consider 23rd October to decide who're invited then as on 26th Oct there were only 922 candidates above 451 on that day so why CRS is till high.? that means it's all about lowest CRS score and profile registered date to identify who'e invited or not @ lowest Draw score.

According to the below statement, (link also provided) I think only people with CRS of 458 are conditioned with Oct 23rd date issue!

For the first time, a tie-break is being applied. As multiple candidates have 458 CRS points, only those who submitted their profile on or before October 23, 2017 at 15:58:27 UTC will receive an ITA.

so this date only applies to those who have 458 right?, because I submitted my profile on oct. 31th with 459.
