I am about to get married on November 17th. If I receive a NOI until then, should I just simply keep my EE profile as single, or should I create a new profile already stating that I am married (even though, I am not quite there just yet ) ?!

You need NOI from Ontario in your Express Entry profile. Without which you cannot register.
I just registered for OINP HCP, filling details for e-filing

ONIP website is saying that it was valid for only 45 days hence I can't register with them now.

Any solutuons???

I bet it used to be 6 months

No, I don't. But reading the update, they seem to imply that the NOIs could be resumed again.

Also, it seems that they'll implement a new system for 2018, as all the NOIs will expire. This is just a guess.

The update explicitly said that they're still valid for six months, or until December 31. Whichever comes first.

They normally issue NOIs on Fridays

I suggest you to update your marrital status in ee profile
