Well firstly theres an announcement to me made today on the numbers so I think they would hang on to the drawing of candidates and secondly the last draw which happened on the 18th, few days before that on the 12th they published a table of the active CRS scores in the pool for 18th oct draw. Whereas this week they havent published any such tables so im assuming they wont have a draw this week.

According to above article expected increase in annual target is 50000 and Ahmed Hussain is going to announce multi year plans.

Moreover report says by 2020 they want to reach 450000 immigrants per year and this mean 50000 increase in quota to reach the expected number.

"Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool as of October 12, 2017
The numbers in this table reflect the total number of people in the pool overall, a few days before an invitation round. The score distribution may change as people submit new profiles and other profiles expire."

That is only possible if they draw 3700 people in today's draw which seems highly unlikely

I just reviewed and resubmitted my application again right now. It'll be considered if there's a draw today right? CRS score: 440.

Data is pulled from week before, but published when the draw occurs.

I am not sure about today's CRS and ITA invites but with increased annual immigration targets, mext draws will be bigger may be 4000 plus range. And the cut off will fall beyond 400.

My predictions Are as below..

CRS 430 - 3500+ ITAs

so 2017's quota was of 300K and they roughly issued 75k ITAs which is around 25% and average ITAs issued were 3,125. Keeping the same 25% as benchmark, the expected ITAs for 2018 quota will be around 87.5K and average number of ITAs will be around 3,646.
