Yes you can. Just go to the Education section and update your new score and TRF and date. Then update, save and sign off the Declaration. That's it..

I am afraid no. the IELTS scorecard hard copy has some other details that you need to enter for creating EE. Can someone else confirm?

Yes you need TRF no. Which is provided in the result sheet (hard copy)

That is what I meant ...you will get it printed on the certificate hard copy

Actually with IELTS result we were sure that the result will be declared on that day, which is not the case with draws.
Let's wait and hope for the best.

For me, the IELTS I did the second last time was on hold for two times, so I has to wait a little longer. And was not sure I'd results are available, so something made me feel always I have to wait for things to happen...
