Last one had IELTS results coming in..that's why whole fiasco and moreover, then also we saw +2 only..

No, for every profile you created you receive a UCI number. These are not important unless you complete the entire process. Only creating a profile is not the same as applying.

You should only answer YES if you have submitted e-APR, paid the fees and received AOR.

The answer is still "No". An EE profile is like an expression of interest only, not an application per se to IRCC.

Yes you can. Just go to the Education section and update your new score and TRF and date. Then update, save and sign off the Declaration. That's it..

Actually with IELTS result we were sure that the result will be declared on that day, which is not the case with draws.
Let's wait and hope for the best.

I am afraid no. the IELTS scorecard hard copy has some other details that you need to enter for creating EE. Can someone else confirm?
