In case this is the last draw for 2017 quota...i won't be surprised if they held back from conducting draw till 27th September. I am stuck at 430 so i wish i get in this draw only...but it seems with more awareness, competition is rising and lower CRS are not guaranteed entry in the short run. We all might have to wait till March-April for drastic drops in CRS.
If the draw does happen on 20th Sept, hopefully it will go down to 427 or somewhere nearby.

I have a question, do/can/should people change jobs after submiiting PR application?
Does it mean that applicants needs to update the application with new details during the processing and also submit additional experiance letter from current employer( eventually becomes previous employer).
You can leave and take positions in new job.
Work experience letter has to be furnished for which you claim points, Rest can be added in the "personal history" section.
if it happens, then good...or maybe the scheduled maintenance could to be to stop the draw from occurring till 27th Sept, 2017. Even if it happens, there is no predicting what the draw score will go to...what with the supposedly high PNP nominations recently.
Why don't they conduct separate draws ! for PNP and FSW normal.
those PNP's will claim the additional points 600+X and will hits the bulls eye on ITA part.
the CRS subsequently will be in the 430's I believe. It's my intuition that CRS will massively reduce in the latter part of the year.
Hey comrade! Yes, I also heard that Saskatchewan is a bit stringent as well as slow in processing applications. I have heard of people getting their nominations in anywhere from 3 months to over a year, with around 6 or 7 months being most common. One person was recently rejected because he had not included settlement plan document, and another for missing document even though he had realized it and emailed them the doc. I have also heard conflicting things about the CIPS certification required for certain ICT NOC codes. Some people said Saskatchewan will give you time to get your certification, while others have been rejected for not having the certification in time.
